As a dance artist, performer, educator, and producer, I am dedicated to creating a world in which people are connected to each other and the wisdom and power innate within our bodies. My interdisciplinary work nurtures personal and collective healing by integrating my backgrounds in dance, ethnic studies, gender/sexuality studies and spirituality.

I currently serve as Director of Operations and Communications as well as Production Manager for Jess Curtis/Gravity. I facilitate workshops at CompassPoint and am a founding/core member of A.B.G. artist collective. Previously, I was a producer for the Queering Dance Festival and founded Art For Ourselves an online community publication.

I create performances, classes, and gatherings that provide cathartic release from the limitations and/or challenege oppressive systems and social norms. My offerings guide participants to embodiment practices that anchor us firmly into the present moment and each other.

Inhabiting our bodies is an integral part of revolutionary living that ripples outwards. I aim to create events that act as portals through which we can vision, embody, and manifest the worlds we wish to create - worlds where people can thrive as their full, authentic selves.

I am committed to using my artistic practice, teaching practice, and community gatherings as vehicles for social change and collective liberation. My works center reflection, transformation, and journeys toward internal freedom and radical self-love. I aim to support people to come home to their bodies. To tap into their inner power to heal, create, connect and mobilize for justice.

I am a first-generation college student and hold an A.A. in Dance from Cottey College; a B.A. in Dance from Mills College; and an M.A. in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
